Upon firing it up, I was met with a loud hum. I will, at the very least, need to replace the e-caps. I will have to order one that I don't have- 200uf at 16v. 

   It's a pretty packed chassis. Hopefully I won't have to excavate anything.

   e-caps installed. Everything is working great. No need for further restoration
